1About these terms

These terms explain how Seyluma works and what we ask of you when you use it. Seyluma is an early, independent project run by its founder ("Seyluma", "we", "us"). It is not yet a registered company. When that changes, we will update these terms.

By creating an account or asking for a reading, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Seyluma.

2Who can use Seyluma

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your account is for you alone. Please use an email address you have access to. It is how you sign in, and how we reach you if something about your reading needs your attention. Your reading itself appears in your account on Seyluma.
  • You don't need to use your real name, and you can leave out anything you'd rather not share.

3What a reading is

You tell a reader what is on your mind. Your reader draws signs for your situation, such as cards, stars or numbers, and writes what they mean for you. Your signs and your reading arrive together in writing, usually within minutes while the reader is available. When away, we email you when the reading is ready.

Every reading is written for the person who asked. No two are the same, and none of them are templates.

4What a reading is not

A reading is spiritual interpretation, offered for reflection and personal insight. Its meaning has not been proven by science, and it should be read that way.

  • A reading doesn't predict the future and doesn't tell you what to do. The choices you make are always yours.
  • A reading is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it is not a replacement for a doctor, lawyer, therapist or other professional.
  • If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line straight away. Seyluma is not an emergency service.

5Your first reading

Your first reading is free and needs no card. It answers one question in full, with your signs and the written reading. The free reading doesn't include a follow-up question. There is one free reading per person.

6Paid readings and payment

Paid readings are not open yet. The rules below apply from the day they open, and we will name the company that handles payments in our privacy policy before then.

  • Each reading after the first is $14.99, with any reader. It includes your signs, a full written reading and one follow-up question to the same reader.
  • You pay once for each reading. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and we never charge you without you asking for a reading.
  • You always see the price before you pay, and every payment is confirmed on a clear payment step.
  • Prices may change in the future. A change never affects a reading you have already paid for.
  • Your bank or local law may add taxes or currency fees. Where we must add tax, you will see it before you pay.

7Refunds

When you pay for a reading, you pay for your reader's time: reading your story carefully, drawing your signs and writing your reading for you alone. That time is given the moment your reading is written, so paid readings are not refunded because of how a reading feels or what it says. We do refund a reading that never arrives, or a payment taken twice. The details are in our refund policy.

8What you share with us

What you write stays yours. You allow us to use it only to write and deliver your readings, answer your messages and keep Seyluma safe. We never sell it. Our privacy policy explains this in full.

Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. When you write about other people, keep to what your question needs.

9How we ask you to use Seyluma

  • Treat your reader with respect. Abuse, threats and harassment are not allowed.
  • Don't use Seyluma for anything illegal, and don't ask for readings about someone in order to harm, track or pressure them.
  • Don't resell readings, copy the site, or try to break, overload or get around any part of Seyluma.
  • Don't open extra accounts to get more free readings.

10Your readings and our content

Your readings are for your personal use. You can keep them, reread them and share them with people you trust. The Seyluma name, the site, its design and its text belong to Seyluma and may not be copied for other purposes.

11Closing your account

You can ask us to delete your account, your story and your readings at any time. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close your account without a good reason, we will refund any reading you paid for and haven't received.

12The limits of our responsibility

We work hard to give you a thoughtful reading on time, but we can't promise that Seyluma will always be available or free of errors. A reading reflects your reader's interpretation, and what you do with it is your decision.

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the reading the claim is about. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Seyluma grows. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If a change matters to how you use Seyluma, we will email you before it takes effect.
